Abstract :
Micro-location is the key factor to determine the value of urban housing. In view of the practical situation of researches on the selection of China´s urban residential micro-location, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the selection of urban residential micro-location, sets up evaluation index system and puts forward evaluation procedure with the tool of combining linearity method with entropy method, which provide a theoretical reference for rational distribution of China´s urban residential housing and sustainable development of the domestic estate industry.
