Abstract :
Other than the traditional active array antenna with complicated feed-line network, a kind of novel array structure called compound printed air-fed array antenna was proposed by the authors. In this paper, some modified schemes for further enhancing the gain of such antenna are discussed, and then a designed sample with improved performances is presented.
