Abstract :
This paper applies methods of fuzzy mathematics to set up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for evaluation of enterprise culture. It provides a scientific and practical quantitative method for systematic analysis and comprehensive evaluation of enterprise culture of merged and acquired enterprises after their cultural integration.
