Abstract
In our previous article, we proposes an approach for automated composition of Web services which decomposes task into smaller And, Or subtasks to find out the optimized solution graph based on And/Or graph. This paper designs a layered architecture to support the transition from the And/Or solution graph to executable workflow by the composition approach above. The architecture consists of four layers which includes the Knowledge Ontology, Task Template, Mediator, and Web Service from up to down in the order. The architecture has the following features: 1) It designs a task template to support the semantic Web services composition and composite reuse; 2) the architecture realizes the task-driven Web services searching based on semantic capability representation and specifies the heterogeneity solution in the web usage. In this paper, we proposes composition algorithm and a motivation example provides a preliminary experimental illustration which clearly shows the benefits of our approach.
