  • Abstract
    Swipe fingerprint sensor, which can acquire a series of sequence fingerprint images, is now widely used in order to reduce the cost of fingerprint image acquisition. This paper presented a new method of sequence fingerprint image mosaic. On the cases that fingerprint swipes in a non-uniform speed, the phase-correlation algorithms are mainly applied to calculate the offset of swiping direction, while for non-swiping direction offset the gray-correlation algorithms are used. At last, an experiment of true fingerprint acquisition and mosaic was presented to verify the effectiveness of this method.
