Abstract
Power consumption is the key factor affecting the longevity of heat meter. The various energy-saving strategies of the heat meter were analyzed from three aspects: chip selection, circuit design and soft design. Then the wireless remote reading heat meter with low power consumption was designed and the modules of implementation were described in details. The heat meter has the remarkable characteristics in the aspects of low cost, low power consumption and so on.
