Abstract :
As "sunrise industry", insurance industry has broad space for development in China. The purpose of this paper is to provide an effective method for analyzing the factors which affect insurance industry in China. We use analytic network process (ANP) when considering the feedback and the relations between those factors. It is difficult for people to provide exact numerical values for the factors. Fuzzy-ANP was used to deal with complexity in assessing insurance industry performance.
