Abstract :
This paper demonstrates a fast Gabor transform, enabling SPIDER phase retrieval with live update rates of several Hertz. This method combines the processing speed of the Takeda algorithm with the enhanced robustness of wavelet-based phase retrieval. Moreover, this algorithm allows for adjustment of the aspect ratio of the Heisenberg box to match the spectral resolution of the SPIDER method, which further suppresses spurious phase ripple.
