Abstract
A model to study soliton wave propagation in non-linear transmission lines (NLTLs) has been proposed. This model allows to analyse the dependence of soliton characteristics on NLTL parameters and is appropriate to study the effects of the non-linear capacitive device. It can be useful for the understanding and optimisation of millimeter wave multipliers based on soliton decomposition in NLTLs.
