Abstract :
Firstly points out the defects of traditional BTS production mode and there is no conditions to put BTO in practice nowadays, puts forward mixed production mode BTS&BTO which combined the advantages of BTS and BTO. Further indicates three feasible manners for the mixed production mode, which can be consulted in actual production environment: (1) based on the different periods of product lifecycle; (2) based on the different motors styles; (3) based on the product manufacturing flow.
