Abstract
In this paper the geometry of DTV-based passive radar is studied, with the form of the ambiguity function (AF) of the system given to get TDOA and Doppler parameters, and the state and measurement models established. Then the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) method with TDOA/Doppler measurements is presented for target tracking. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively locate and track target, and has better location and velocity estimation accuracy compared with EKF method.
