  • Abstract
    The project comprehensive risk evaluation method is to consider each kind of project target risks at the same time, and carry out risk balance and optimization to decide a scheme which comprehensive risk valuation value is the least. The paper analyzes the major methods of project comprehensive risk evaluation used at present, and points out that whole level valuation of multi-target risks is a research direction of comprehensive risk evaluation methods in the future; puts forward the mathematics model of lifecycle risk degree evaluation for real estate projects, which would be beneficial to perfect the theory of lifecycle comprehensive risk evaluation for real estate projects.
