RF building blocks

The never ending demands for costs reduction and improvements in performance and functionality of mobile communication systems drive continuous research and innovation on RF subsystems and building blocks. New technologies, architectures and circuit techniques are constantly emerging. This session presents recent advances on linearization techniques for digital PLL, integrated duplexer, T/R switches for smartphone and Ultra-Wide-Band programmable delay for beam-forming.
