Abstract
Being the primary development trend in the high-tech world, the new-media industry based on new generation of digital technology, network technology, and information technology is bringing traditional media a huge and profound change with a strong and unstoppable momentum. This study analyzed the current developing situation to China´s new-media industry, pointed out problems in its developing and proposed related suggestions on how the government to regulate the development of new-media industry.
