Abstract :
The error probability of a multicell CDMA system, operating with imperfect power control over a frequency selective Nakagami multipath fading channel is derived. This error probability is then introduced in an analytical model of an S-ALOHA DS-CDMA network. This model allows us to investigate the stability of the system and the maximum theoretical throughput of the stabilized system as well as the effect of power control error, shadowing and other cell interference on the system performance.
