Abstract :
Campus simulation and integrated internship have become the key experimental projects researched and propagandized by experimental teaching demonstration centers of economics and management colleges and universities. This paper, based on the comprehensive analysis of the successful experience and existed shortcomings of China´s 16 university experimental centers, has discussed the strategies to scientifically construct the integrated training environment with society simulation as well as strategies to propel the reform of the training mode of creative and entrepreneurial talents. This paper believes that in order to effectively implement the simulation internship on campus, experts´ participation should be fully considered, society emulation should be the dominant operating mechanism of the simulation and introduced to the routine teaching, network information technology applications should be intensified, and a sound operational mechanism should be built.
