Abstract
3D-GIS is the current research hot spot, which defines the topography, not the internal structure. Therefore, 3D-GIS based on 3D-LD is proposed, which applies the 3D visualization management of person and things. The simulation indicates that it is feasible and has broad market prospect. Moreover, the information resource platform based on the 3D-GIS is constructed. It actively pushes on the cities´ informatization construction, and provides government functions with technical support.
