Abstract :
Compensation arithmetic based on system identification was brought out. Via getting the standard import signal and distortion export signal through the standard calibration device of electrostatic high-voltage potential, the time domain mathematic model and waveform compensation have been studied by system identification arithmetic. Transfer function model was identified by the least square method. Result of simulation shows that system identification is an effective method to dynamic compensation of electrostatic high-voltage waveform measurement.
