Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Modern cities are becoming increasingly complex. Whether or not residents and visitors can efficiently utilize city resources depends heavily on the quantity and quality of guidance information provided by the city. The authors will seek to explain the definition and significance of guidance information to a city. Based on their observations in Beijing, the authors will also analyze existing problems of city information guidance and will propose six steps to improve it.
