  • Abstract
    At present, the small and medium-sized enterprises have become the most active strength in economic development, and have made the great contribution to promoting the economic growth and the social employment, increasing tax revenue and raising the living standards. Financing difficulty is always one of key factors influencing development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. In particular, at current external financing environment with global economic recession and insufficient funds liquidity, financing difficulty has aroused widespread concern in small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper discusses on the current status and the underlying reasons of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and advances corresponding countermeasures and suggestion, which is equipped with important guiding significance to improving financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises.
