This paper firstly established the analysis framework of the whole process of patent technology industrialization, and then, based on the analysis framework, the paper extract seven key factors which influence the effectiveness on the whole process of patent technology industrialization, by using theatrical analysis, enterprises survey and factor analysis, the factors are enterprise capacity factors, market factors of product development, technical factors of product development, technical factors of patented products , market factors of patents products, economic factors, organizational factors.
