  • Abstract
In this paper, environment protection investment measurement of construction projects are discussed, aiming at providing decision support for estimating accurately on environment protection investment of construction projects. An example of highway construction project is settled to study the measurement and analysis technique of the whole life environmental investment benefit. Admittedly, the CS (Cost-significant) and GM (Grey Model) (1, 1) are introduced. CS theory can largely simplify the estimating processes among the similar projects and locate the CS´s items of similar projects. GM(1,1) model is used to predict and has a higher accuracy when there are few historical statistics. This paper focuses on the whole life environmental investment estimate prediction technique from prophase of the construction projects to the disposal pay-back period.
