Abstract
In the knowledge economy era, knowledge is the strategic resources of the enterprise; knowledge management is the enterprise´s strategic response to face the new situation. Level of knowledge management also becomes an important factor to affect the performance of logistics enterprise. At the same time, the relationship between knowledge management and enterprise performance is increasingly becoming a major issue of the international strategic knowledge management research. This article aims to study knowledge management of the logistics enterprise, in particular, its relation with enterprise performance. With a view to demonstrate the intrinsic relevance of logistics enterprise´s knowledge management, this article enhances the positive promoting role of logistics enterprise knowledge management towards performance with a systematic view.
