Abstract :
This paper analyzes the relevant factors influencing returns of B2C e-commerce companies from the micro and macro levels and establishes function model of enterprise´ profit and obtain the optimal mix of return price and return policy. Meanwhile, MATLAB software is utilized to conduct sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters and assists the development of companies´ return strategies.
