Network Structure and Attributes Effects of Inter-Organization Network on Knowledge Transfer

The inter-organization comprises a new type of environment around which firms organize themselves so as to reach a common objective. The structure and attributes of inter-organizational network can possibly account for the performance of knowledge transfer. This paper describes and analyzes some of key network factors, and presents a conceptual research framework.
