University library, as a college literature and information center, its information services have an important role to improve the information literacy ability of teachers and students, to ensure the quality of teaching and upgrade the level of scientific research, and improve school quality and social status. University Library Personalized information service system determines its quality and level of information services. In a detailed analysis of university library Personalized Information Service, based on the main features, from the librarians to enhance the overall quality, and strengthen information service concept, powerful web application development technologies, the implementation of knowledge management, to improve the level of literature search and advisory services, etc. The author has developed a university library building personalized information service system of options.
