Abstract
With the advent of the era of economic globalization, more and more enterprises in China are moving towards transnational operations. Based on the four dimensions of the requirements of expatriates, the knowledge flow of MNCs, the career and support of expatriates, this paper employs the research approach of managerial operation and the method of dynamic objective optimization to construct a model by which MNCs manage their expatriates, and comes up with a dynamic optimization management methodology of MNCs´ expatriates.
