Abstract
Textile dyeing and finishing industry is one of the biggest GHG emitters on Earth. GHG is often expressed in carbon emission. In order to evaluate the emissions, a model is built on continuous dyeing process of cotton woven fabrics, which is one kind of producing procedures in dyeing and finishing industry. Computer is used to calculate and analyze the emission information in this paper. A series of analysis tools is proposed such as activity analysis tool, carbon emissions degree analysis tool and value efficiency analysis tool, which is helpful to make plans for mitigation of GHG.
