Abstract :
The leakage of crude oil gathering pipeline due to corrosion, third-part damage and other reasons can cause huge economic loss, severe life threat and environmental pollution. Here, a decision support system of leakage accident emergency for the crude oil gathering pipeline based on GIS. Focusing on the characteristics of leakage, the functions of GIS in this decision support system are analyzed. The system objects, structures, functions and operating environment are introduced. This system will help relevant department to know the information of crude oil pipeline leakage emergency fast and accurately and to make scientific emergency rescue decisions, so that the secondary disasters resulting from oil leakage are controlled and the leak consequence are lowered.
