Abstract :
The QAR (Quick Access Recorder) records immense amounts of aircraft flight data which reflect the performance of every parts of aircraft. This paper describes the importance of analyzing QAR data in flight safety. We proposed a novel data-cube based method to process a large number of QAR data and extracts association rules about the parameters of aircraft engine which is useful for engine diagnostics and health management.
