Abstract :
Focused on the concept of knowledge based view (KBV), and based on the 116 firms in Xinjiang region, the paper outlines the impact of two types of firms resources (knowledge resources, corporate social capital) on firm performance (strategic and financial ) direct, relevant and coordinated effects. Although the results show that the two resources are likely to improve firm performance, but also knowledge management is the main driving force to enhance strategic and financial performance. In addition, the domestic and multinational enterprise ownership plays a moderating effect role.
