  • Abstract
    The anisotropy of ionosphere plasma is considered in this paper, based on Boltzmannpsilas equation of relaxation collision model. The anisotropic temperature expression was obtained by solving a set of moment equation. Then according to plasma scattering of electromagnetic radiation theory of Sheffield, incoherent scatter spectra are calculated in different directions, the effects of the different electric fields and ratio of electron temperature to ion temperature and the different ion-neutral collision frequency are discussed. It is possible to obtain the reasonable incoherent scatter spectra to consider the ion temperature anisotropic and the change of ion temperature with electric field.
