Abstract
This paper introduces an allocation method for air target detection based on GPS satellites and analyses its fundamental principle. Upon the plenitude study of the characteristic of target information acquisition and information processing of bistatic radar, this paper puts forward a kind of target information acquisition technique called SPD (Signal Power Disturbance) which is different from the typical bistatic radar system. A series of experiments have been done to verify the SPD method.
