Abstract
The flexibility of enterprise management system is one of the important ways in which modern enterprise gets competitive advantage facing with complex and changing environment, and is essential to enhance its environmental adaptability and stability. To cultivate and enhance the flexibility of management system in an enterprise, the effective approach is to estimate it scientifically and reasonably. Based on Extension Mathematics, an extension matter-element model using to estimate the flexibility of enterprise management system is build. With the help of MatLab software, the evaluation result is shown by quantitative figure. The example proves that the method is easily put and the effect is significantly made, and the result provides the theoretical basis for enhancing the flexibility of enterprise management system.
