Abstract
This paper aims to find the factors influencing the job satisfaction of volunteers in Harbin Winter Universiade and measure the relationship among these factors. This study selects the volunteers working for this racing as the sample to make factor analysis and confirm 5 factors. A SEM (Structural Equation Model) is set up, which connects recruitment and selection, training, motivation, and interpersonal relation to the job satisfaction. The results indicate that these factors can effect the satisfaction for volunteers´ job in varying degrees. This research is beneficial for Volunteers Services Management from the angle of Human Resource Management and supplies some inspiration to enhance the level of job satisfaction for other projects.
