Abstract
How to dynamically evaluate the innovation capabilities of industrial clusters is a difficult issue. This paper collected the actual data of three clusters of Jiangsu Province in China. The hypotheses are tested by using the complexity science theory and social network analysis methods. The result is that moderate degree of interrelations, heterogeneity and governance among the members of the industry cluster will benefit the cluster innovation most.
