Abstract :
A new absorbing boundary condition (ABC) with PML for isotropic medium is deduced by functional way without D´Alembertian annihilation or factorization technique. Then, the new ABC is applied to optimal chiral medium absorbing condition research and hollow chiral sphere shielding effectiveness research.
