Abstract :
In the paper, a methodology of model building as well as attributes setting on the measurement of IT customer satisfaction has been set up after the measurement model of Chinese Customer Satisfaction Index is thoroughly studied, and a clear demonstration on how to combine it with the satisfaction test of telecom industry is given. Finally,the experimental results show that the method is effective.
