  • Abstract
    This report demonstrates the operation of advanced waveguide lasers both in continuous wave and pulsed regimes. The laser achieves more than 50 and 80 mW output power in single longitudinal and transverse mode operation and in slightly multimodal regime, respectively. A mode-locked laser in a ring cavity configuration is also demonstrated by combining a 37 mm long waveguide and a saturable absorber.
