In this paper, based on literature and theory review, we advanced the framework of the service integrator ability and argued that resources and supply capability, demand management and strategy fit with customer are three critical factors to service integrator´s competitiveness. We further hold empirical study based on these hypotheses, the result shows that the factors have different impact on competitiveness for different type of downstream through seemingly unrelated estimation. For large enterprise, the significant factors are resources and supply capability, strategy fit. While for SMEs, resources and supply capability as well as demand management play an important role to supplier´s competitiveness.
