In this paper, based on the comprehensive analysis of current situation of the Chinese forest products trade, forecasting the development trend of Chinese forest products trade in the future, that is to say, the industrial structure will adjust and upgrade, the development of international trade still shows a grate power, diversified exports will become inevitable, many enterprise will strengthen the home market digging and promotion campaign, the condition of market access will be improved,enterprise conformity come into the essential stage; after that analyzing some problems which are existed in the construction of the Chinese forest trade electronic commerce platform; and finally put forward forest products trade electronic commerce platform framework which is improved, the framework mainly stress on the electronic commence platform of trading, constantly, affordability on-line, public advocacy, industrial visualization shaping, internationalism, openness and service.
