Forecast on Hebei electronic information industry based on modern industrial system

Modern industrial system is the internal requirement for the fulfillment of Hebei´s industrialization and scientific development. The forecast of the development of the electronic information industry will play an important role in formulating the developing strategy and planning, and in supporting the construction of modern industrial system. Due to the characteristic of the electronic information industry, which involves not only some departments in the secondary industry, but also some departments in the tertiary industry, this research selects the added value of secondary industry, the added value of tertiary industry, per capital annual disposable income of urban households and the number of internet users as the predicting indexes. Then, based on the calculation of the degree of grey incidence and the selection of the indexes with closer relevancy, the relevant multivariable grey model is established for the forecast. Through a case study, it is found that this model is of better predicting accuracy, and through the grey model fitting, the credible predicted value of the electronic information industry is obtained.
