Abstract :
Satisfaction evaluation of user of e-commerce for tourism is very important for construction of perfect e-commerce website for tourism. In the study, analytic hierarchy process is proposed to satisfaction evaluation of user of e-commerce for tourism. By analyzing the satisfaction evaluation index of user of e-commerce for tourism, a tree structure composed of the satisfaction evaluation index of user of e-commerce for tourism is established. Then, definition of evaluation scale of evaluation indexes is given, the discriminant matrix is established according to the pairing comparison and the weights of evaluation indexes are gained by using pairwise comparisons. Finally, the satisfaction evaluation of user of a certain e-commerce website for tourism is used as the experimental analysis. It is indicated that the evaluation result of the satisfaction evaluation of user of e-commerce for tourism is good.
