  • Abstract
    According to the understanding of logistics supply chain and services supply chain to tourism service, this paper is going to discuss issues related to the collaboration management of tourism services supply chain (TSSC) and tourism services supply chain dynamics alliance. Through core enterprises´ coordination and integration of information and resources and each enterprise´s strategic alliance, win-win and common added value is achieved. The customers´ demands are better satisfied at the same time. The operation of TSSC in collaboration management is discussed from diversity of customers´ demands, travel agencies, hotels and restaurants, and several aspects, including information management, process management, capability management, services performance, government guarantees and the collaborative design of tourism transportation facilities. Setting up an effective TSSC would promote the development of China´s tourism and improve the competence of enterprises as well.
