  • Abstract
    Two theoretical designs for a 120 GHz semiconductor junction circulator based on the circulation modes 1 and 2 are compared. The predicted performance of each one is described and the axial rf magnetic field distributions inside each circulator provide an insight into the nature of the circulator operation.
