Abstract
Most organizations realize that “knowledge” is a strategic resource that gives them sustainable competitive advantage. With the realization that knowledge is a key resource, organizations are now attempting to manage knowledge in an effective way. However, although some examples exist, the use of KM in vocational education is the exception rather than the rule. Knowledge management is a new field, and experiments are just beginning in vocational education. This paper explores how KM practices might be useful in a vocational education setting
