Abstract :
In this work, we have proposed a new class of planar microwave passive components, which are ultra stable in frequency with temperature for different applications, such as resonators, filters, oscillators and frequency standard, etc. An example of YBCO thin films on rutile with sapphire buffer layers has been computed. From this example, it may be concluded that if a turning point can be realized at t = 60 K, and the temperature controlled to better than 0.1 mK, then frequency standards with stabilities of parts in 1015 should be attainable.
