Research of the Owner´s Inner Management System of the Construction Project Management

The article analyzes the relationship of the various main bodies of the owner´s inner management system in project. It considers that except the main body of the real estate development projects belong to socialization and specialization construction main body, other construction main body replaced by the capital construction department and construction headquarters of invested enterprise(the first owner). In view of the abuse of the current owner project management model, it proposes that the capital construction department and construction headquarters will be replaced by the socialization and specialization project management enterprise, and these enterprises will become the organization of the invest main body, assume the role of the construction main body.
