A New Secure E-Impeachment Scheme with No Trusted Center

In this paper, a new secure electronic impeachment scheme with no trusted center is proposed. The scheme allows the whistleblower to impeach anonymously, but the real identity of the whistleblower is traceable. There is a jury composed of legal experts in our scheme to settle the dispute between the anti-corruption and whistleblower .No one can find out the real identity of the whistleblower without more than half of the members in the jury´s help. Our scheme also allows the citizens to supervise the work of the anti-corruption bureau on net.
