A study of inter-organization of relationships of enterprises

According to the problems in the so called “the third economic organization” between enterprise and market, the thesis theorizes a complete framwork to solve them. It makes clear the existing diverse forms of the inter-relationships of enterprises and gives a systematic and unified explanation of them from the perspective of organization theory. The research technical route is taking division of labor and coordination of work as a rationale, the project studies the evolutionary process, path depandence, and choice of pattern of the inter-relationships of enterprises; and on the basee of it, it further constructs a theoretic framework of the inter-organization of relationships of enterprises, and makes a systematic study of the formation mechanism and evolution mechanism.
